Job Description
The Faculty of Arts is looking for a collaborator at 50% for its student and examination services. The holder will be responsible for various tasks within the service: welcoming and guiding students, managing and checking files, registrations, organising exams, preparing documents, correspondence, filing. This position involves teamwork as well as numerous contacts with students, teachers and the public.
Title and Required Skills
Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee, maturity certificate or equivalent qualification. Proficiency in IT tools.
Excellent command of French (C2), good knowledge of English (B1).
One to three years of professional experience in the administrative field. Knowledge of the academic environment is an asset.
Ease in contacts, ability to work in a team, organisational skills, rigour and precision.
