What you bring:

• A completed degree in architecture (ETH/FH) or a comparable qualification. 
• Several years of experience in managing demanding planning and execution projects. 
• Sound knowledge of SIA phases 3–5 as well as experience in BIM-supported processes and ideally in agile project management. 
• Confidence in financial control and controlling of complex construction projects. 
• Confident manner in dealing with clients, authorities and project partners. 
• Leadership skills, organisational talent and a motivating, team-oriented personality with high quality standards. 
• Calmness, overview and decisiveness even in demanding situations. 
• Fluent German; French and English are an advantage.

What to expect:

You will independently manage demanding architectural projects across all project phases – from planning to implementation. In doing so, you coordinate clients, authorities, planning participants and contractors and ensure a smooth process regarding quality, deadlines and costs. With your strategic understanding and design competence, you actively shape projects and also contribute to the further development of our location. Depending on your interest and experience, you also have the opportunity to take on responsibility in project acquisition and the further expansion of our network in the future.
