Your tasks
- Support the department management in all administrative and commercial activities.
- Control and coordination of capacity planning for a total of four teams.
- Resolving resource conflicts between existing customer support, basic and infrastructure development, and project business.
- Optimising workflows and taking on the role of Scrum Master within the Scrum process.
- Calculating prices for customised hospital interfaces.
- Preparing offers for integration efforts in new installations.
- Supporting sales in planning and profitability matters.
- Relieving the department management, especially to focus on the technical FHIR strategy.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in a coordinating role, ideally in the IT environment or healthcare sector.
- Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in planning and managing resources and capacities across multiple teams.
- Knowledge of agile working methods, especially Scrum, and ideally experience as a Scrum Master.
- Understanding of software development processes as well as integration and interface topics (advantageous in healthcare, e.g. FHIR).
- Business understanding and the ability to assess planning and profitability issues.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with different stakeholders.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, ideally fluent English or French skills in spoken and written form.
