Your tasks – international, colourful, responsible

• Overall responsibility for the store at Bern SBB
• Leading, motivating and promoting your team
• Ensuring smooth sales, cash register and stock operations
• Active participation in the store – you are a role model in customer service and teamwork
• Optimal staff scheduling and training of new employees
• Designing an attractive product presentation
• Professional care of our international customers – warm, personal and multilingual
• Implementation and compliance with hygiene regulations (food sales)
• Budget responsibility for sales, costs and stock

Your profile – articulate, committed, responsible

• Experience in retail, ideally in a leadership role
• Enjoyment in leading a diverse team – with empathy and clarity
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Passion for customer contact – especially with international guests
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Organisational talent, commitment and a hands-on mentality
• Hygiene awareness and sense of responsibility in handling food
