• You professionally and personally lead employees and ensure the care processes of your department
• You lead by example and motivate your team to top performance
• Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize the daily care
• You recognize emergency situations and master them
• You ensure the flow of information to the residents, relatives, and the care team

• Training as a Dipl. Nurse
• Experience in long-term care or home care as well as in dealing with people with dementia
• You have an interest in care development and improving care quality
• You think economically and have good RAI knowledge
