Tasks
As a university intern, you will support our team with administrative, organizational, and analytical tasks. You will prepare information and data, document results, and contribute to the efficient and structured further development of processes and documents.
- Management of team mailboxes including pre-sorting, assignment, and follow-up of open requests
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks in daily business, e.g. requirement queries, surveys, and meeting preparations
- Preparation, accompaniment, and minute-taking of meetings as well as follow-up of pending items
- Creation and preparation of simple data evaluations, statistics, and overviews based on existing reports and feedback
- Maintenance, structuring, and updating of communication materials and documentation
- Systematic recording and maintenance of feedback on ongoing topics and processes

Requirements
We are looking for a structured, committed, and reliable personality with enthusiasm for organization, data, and communication. You work carefully, think ahead, and want to gain practical insights into strategic and operational topics at SWISS.
- Ongoing master's degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a comparable course of study
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- High accuracy and reliability in administrative and analytical tasks
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Confident use of Excel for evaluations and analyses
- Very good PowerPoint skills for professional preparation of content
- Experience with Power BI for visualization and evaluation of data
- Fluent in German and English, preferably English at C1 level
