What to expect from us
- You independently handle varied cases in pension fund administration and participate in projects. The most common cases include entries and exits of insured persons, home ownership withdrawals, purchases, retirements, and various benefit cases.
- You competently and independently support insured persons and other stakeholders in all administrative matters. As the first point of contact, you ensure reliable, solution-oriented, and customer-focused handling of all concerns in daily business.
- You are responsible for invoicing contributions and processing incoming payments. Additionally, you support accounting with the year-end closing.
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training and ideally professional experience in occupational pension provision or another (social) insurance field
- Quick comprehension, as well as a high degree of self-organisation and motivation to learn new things
- Interest in occupational pension provision and a flair for numbers
- Confident communication in German, good oral skills in French and Italian are an advantage
- Enjoyment of a dynamic and service-oriented environment, reliable and structured working style
