These are your tasks:
- You independently process building applications in the notification and regular procedure from preliminary examination to building approval
- You coordinate the necessary applications with external specialist offices
- You competently provide building law information to third parties (residents, architects, etc.) and maintain proactive cooperation with various internal and external offices
This is what you bring with you:
- You have completed a technical or commercial basic education, ideally in a public administration. If you have the cantonal specialist certificate "Public Planning and Construction IVM" or an equivalent qualification, this will make everyday life easier for you and us.
- You are familiar with building law and already have some professional experience in the construction sector
- You work independently and very reliably
- You have good German skills both orally and in writing
- You should not be at odds with various software applications (especially MS Office, CMI)
