A small, well-coordinated team of around five people works independently, solution-oriented and with short communication channels. As a Mandate Manager 80-100%, you will independently manage demanding client mandates and be responsible, among other things, for accounting, financial statements, payroll administration and tax tasks. Your tasks with the new employer:
- You independently manage the financial accounting of various small and medium-sized enterprises as well as commercially active companies and asset-managing structures and ensure reliable and timely processing of business transactions
- Payroll accounting including personnel administration, labour law issues and settlements with social insurances in Switzerland and Liechtenstein also belong to your versatile area of responsibility
- You prepare interim and annual financial statements as well as meaningful reports and are in regular contact with clients, internal specialist departments and other relevant contacts
- Tax declarations for direct and indirect taxes as well as administrative activities related to mandate management complement your area of responsibility and give you a comprehensive insight into the fiduciary business
You offer your new employer:
- A completed further education with a federal diploma in fiduciary services or finance and accounting forms the desired basis, whereby candidates in ongoing training are also considered
- Further training in fiduciary services, finance and accounting, payroll, taxes or labour law offers a good opportunity to specifically expand existing expertise and take on additional responsibility
- Solid practical experience in accounting and personnel administration, ideally complemented by fiduciary experience, as well as secure closing practice and knowledge of Abacus support you in successful mandate management
- A quick grasp, networked thinking and a structured way of working combine with high resilience, customer orientation, team spirit and flexibility for confident handling of different requirements
