Process Engineer Wet Chemical Systems (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You will manage the wet chemical processes and systems for copper pre-cleaning, copper etching, and the galvanic deposition processes of gold or platinum in small systems
• You will support the chemical deposition process of palladium
• You will ensure production-ready and stable – thus capable and controlled – processes using SPC
• You will analyze processes and systems and continuously improve them
• You will take responsibility for yield improvement and cost optimization in your area
• You will evaluate, qualify, and implement new production processes and manufacturing systems according to specifications
• You will create and update process instructions, process parameter sheets, machine maintenance plans, and process menus
• You will conduct trials in production and monitor them
• You will actively prevent malfunctions through close collaboration with all parties involved in the production process – especially with production staff and product engineers
• You will train the production personnel in your area of expertise

Your Profile

• You have a degree in one of the following fields: Chemistry, Galvanics, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Process Technology, Materials Technology, Microtechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you have knowledge or training in Six Sigma Green Belt, 8D, FMEA, project management, as well as in technical processes of PCB production – especially in the area of galvanic processes
• You have experience in a technological environment and knowledge of wet chemical processes
• You are characterized by very good analytical skills, precise working methods, and systematic thinking
• You have SPC knowledge and apply it confidently
• You learn quickly, are resilient, and enjoy working in a team
• Your native language is German or you have very good German language skills in spoken and written form; additionally, you have good English skills
