Mission and Area of Activity
Ensure the administrative processing and operational follow-up of students throughout their training journey (registration, admission, certification, ...)
Support the organization and academic management (planning of sessions, invoicing, exam consultation...) by working closely with the coordinator, program heads, teaching staff, and other services of the HEG
Ensure reception, provide information and assist candidates, students, and professors
Establish the necessary statistics for conducting academic activities
Your Profile
Commercial training at the CFC level or equivalent
Confirmed professional experience in similar activities
Sense of organization and sensitivity to training-related issues
Service-oriented, flexible, ability to work in a team, autonomy, and initiative
Excellent knowledge of MS-Office programs, ideally IS-Academia, and interest in training on new IT systems
Proficiency in French or German, with excellent knowledge of the partner language and English
