The Individual Fundraising Department, Customer Consulting Division, is looking for a personality as a Fundraising Manager 80 - 90%
from July 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
The customer consulting team advises the Red Cross cantonal associations and Red Cross rescue organizations in public fundraising and implements fundraising campaigns for them.
What you can achieve
- You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing mailings and other public fundraising campaigns in the areas of telephone, face-to-face, and online
- You monitor and analyze fundraising campaigns, design tests, and develop optimization measures
- You support and advise Red Cross organizations in public fundraising and assist them in expanding their fundraising mix
- You help develop new fundraising products and services and introduce them to the Red Cross organizations
- You support the implementation of the new CRM solution Salesforce
What you bring with you
- You ideally have further training in fundraising and/or marketing
- You have several years of professional experience in public fundraising or direct marketing
- You are familiar with the production processes of direct marketing products, work punctually and precisely
- You ideally have work experience with CRM systems
- You are a committed and engaging person with excellent communication skills and enjoy customer contact
- You have excellent German skills in spoken and written form (C2) as well as good French skills (B1/B2)
