Your Tasks
- First-level support for Polypoint PEP on various channels for managers, HR staff and personnel planners, - master data entry and processing, - evaluations and analyses from personnel master and payroll data, UKA absence management, preparing meeting minutes, - process and training management
Your Profile
- completed commercial training,
- proven relevant experience in handling POLYPOINT PEP as a skilled duty planner or in PEP support,
- knowledge of SAP HCM, - high ICT affinity, - very good MS Office Excel skills,
- quick comprehension and flexible thinking and acting,
- service-oriented and resilient.
