Your Tasks
- Leadership and training responsibility for students, learners, and interns
- Professional leadership of the educational representatives (BB) on the G1 ward
- Member of the K+ team, responsible for achieving the level-appropriate training goals of the trainees
- Support for the ward management and the subject matter experts with didactic-methodical competence to achieve the departmental goals.
- Leading internal teaching events in the PBL
- Coordination and collaboration with the responsible BBV, the BBs, the ward management, the subject matter experts, and the trainees regarding training status, planning, as well as information and concerns of the respective stakeholders
- Responsibility for the implementation of the training concept (learning island model) on the wards with support from the responsible BBV
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH
- SVEB 1 or motivation to complete this further training
- At least 2 years of experience in supporting learners and students as a vocational trainer
- Pedagogical skill, joy in working in practical vocational training
- Leadership competence and organizational talent
- Desire and ability for close collaboration and shared responsibility at the interfaces between ward management, educational responsibility, and subject matter responsibility.
