In this role, you are part of the Financial-Accounting team and make a significant contribution to the quality of the financial statements as well as to the further development of processes and systems. • You share responsibility for the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS
• You are responsible for the professional support of defined areas in the subsidiary ledgers of investments as well as in selected specialized areas of advanced financial accounting
• In close cooperation with Group Tax, you prepare the data basis for income and capital taxes and ensure their correct posting
• Through your analytical approach, you review balance sheet and income statement items, reconcile them, and ensure their plausibility.
• You participate in cross-departmental projects and take on independent professional responsibility
• With a focus on quality and efficiency, you actively contribute to process optimizations as well as to data- and AI-supported development topics in the accounting environment, especially for SAP S/4HANA

• Your strength is a solid accounting understanding, ideally with a diploma as a financial and accounting specialist or in advanced training, and you are characterized by a structured and reliable way of working
• You actively drive changes forward, bring in new impulses, and openly engage with future topics such as AI, automation, and modern working methods.
• You have a good understanding of data flows, think systemically, and use new impulses and topics to continuously develop processes, working methods, and results.
• You are valued for your proactive, solution-oriented manner as well as for your open, factual, and appreciative collaboration
• You bring practical experience in accounting (OR and/or IFRS) and feel comfortable in a company-wide, interface-intensive environment
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills enable you to communicate confidently in professional exchanges
