Your Responsibilities
You will lead one of our wards in a triad with medical staff and nursing and supervise the assistant psychologists assigned to the ward. You will care for our inpatient patients in individual and group therapies and take on the administrative case management during the inpatient stay in a partial workload. You will ensure individual, interdisciplinary therapy planning and support with specialist departments and the nursing team and participate in interdisciplinary reports. Additional tasks include outpatient preliminary discussions and service activities on weekdays during working hours.
Your Profile
You have a federal recognition in psychotherapy and ideally several years of experience in this profession. Experience in team leadership is an advantage. You are open to interdisciplinary teamwork and reliable in documentation. Prior experience in sleep medicine is welcome, and in-depth training is desired.
