In the dynamic business area of brand profiling, we are looking for reinforcement in the position of Inside Sales Coordinator (a) 80-100%.

• Operational order processing from briefing to after-sales service within our software environment
• Customer-specific tasks in an interdisciplinary project team
• Processing and monitoring of the entire order processing in cooperation with various internal and external departments
• Scheduling and ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Telephone and written support of the customer base

• Completed commercial basic training or further education in the commercial field
• Solid professional experience in order processing or comparable positions
• Very good German and English skills, French skills an advantage
• Organised, structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Strong communication skills and high customer and service orientation
• Networked and entrepreneurial thinking
