Gardening Staff Rheintal Area, Landquart (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the maintenance and care of the green and outdoor areas of our client properties in the Rheintal
- You carry out pruning work on shrubs, hedges, and smaller trees
- You professionally maintain lawns, flower beds, and general outdoor areas
- You independently perform minor repairs and maintenance work on garden and outdoor facilities
- If you have the appropriate knowledge, you take on work on walkways, paved areas, and playgrounds
- You work with the common machines and equipment used in garden and outdoor caretaking
- You regularly liaise with administrations, tenants, customers, and tradespeople
- You ensure compliance with our quality standards
- Damages, defects, and necessary additional work are reliably reported
- In winter, you take on duties in winter services
Your profile
- Ideally, you have training as a gardener with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, or a comparable manual training
- Alternatively, you bring several years of practical experience in garden maintenance or outdoor caretaking
- You can confidently handle common small machines and equipment
- You have a good understanding of plant care, green spaces, and seasonal work
- You work independently, reliably, and responsibly
- Customer orientation and a well-groomed appearance are natural for you
- Good German language skills are required
- A category B driving licence is required; a category BE driving licence is an advantage
