Your tasks with us

• Overall responsibility for the branch, workshop, and rental with 9 employees
• Leadership and development of the team as well as ensuring efficient and smooth processes
• Responsibility for budget, processes, and occupational safety
• Rental of construction machinery including offer management, price negotiations, and billing
• Maintenance and targeted expansion of the customer base
• Ensuring a professional check-in/check-out process for the machines

What you bring with you

• Leadership personality with at least 5 years of proven leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate employees to top performance
• Enjoyment of active customer contact, targeted network building, and cold calling – you proactively approach customers
• Experience in the construction or construction-related industry, technical training is an advantage
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as clear goal and result orientation
• Strong analytical skills, structured and precise – resilient, service-oriented, and with high personal responsibility
• Commercial understanding and proficient IT user
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• Impeccable character, confident and professional appearance – you leave a positive, lasting impression
• Driver's license category B (ideally also E)
