Real Estate Accounting Manager

Supported by your team, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising real estate accounting and routine operations
- Preparing closures, management statements and charge statements
- Monitoring owner, tenant and supplier accounts
- Controlling and reconciling accounts
- Reporting
- Improving and securing accounting processes.

- Proven experience in real estate accounting in Switzerland with initial management experience
- Proficiency in Quorum - essential
- Salary: between 8500 and 9000 x 13 depending on the candidate
