Respectful and committed with head, heart and hand – that is what sumia stands for. In our care home in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

Your Area of Responsibility
- Responsibility for situational, professionally competent care and support of 2 residential groups with a total of approx. 44 residents during the night
- House manager for all residential groups after thorough induction period
- Care documentation in careCoach
- Participation in the further development of the care and support area
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF, health specialist or equivalent qualification
- Strong affinity for long-term care
- You are characterised by empathy and social competence
- An engaged, motivated and quality-oriented working style rounds off your profile
