Success Together: KISIM Launches at UPK Basel
With the go-live of KISIM, UPK Basel embarks on a new chapter that further strengthens the efficiency and quality of psychiatric care.
After more than two years of intensive work on specification and implementation, the go-live marks a significant milestone. It emphasises how essential careful planning, close collaboration, and a shared goal are for the success of such a project. The introduction of KISIM at the University Psychiatric Clinics Basel (UPK) on 5 November 2024 opens a new chapter, enabling further progress in the optimisation and efficiency enhancement of psychiatric care.
The deployment of CISTEC on-site staff as floor walkers and contact persons on the wards has once again proven to be a successful strategy to make the transition as smooth as possible for all involved.
A heartfelt thank you goes to the professionals at UPK for their valuable cooperation and support in this important step. Such projects thrive on strong teamwork and a clear implementation strategy – both of which have been impressively demonstrated by the project team from CISTEC and UPK.
This commitment thus forms the solid foundation for a long-term, successful, and productive partnership.
