About the job

Procap is the largest membership organisation for people with disabilities in Switzerland and offers advice and services in the areas of social insurance law, construction, travel, sport, leisure, education, and awareness.

For social insurance advice in the regions of March, Höfe, Einsiedeln, Schwyz, See-Gaster, and Glarus, we are looking for a Social Insurance Specialist 80% to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

You advise our members with disabilities on social insurance law issues, focusing on IV, EL, and BVG.
You clarify insurance law questions and initiate appropriate measures within the internal administrative process (objections/appeals, statements, correspondence with insurers and treating specialists).
You liaise with the legal department of Procap Switzerland and prepare further measures in close cooperation.
Occasional participation in specialist events.

Your Profile

You have training as a social insurance specialist with a federal certificate or a diploma in social work with a completed CAS in social insurance law.
You have experience in advisory work in the social sector.
You are interested in disability and equality issues as well as the tasks and goals of our organisation.
You have a confident command of the German language: written and spoken.
You bring flexibility, resilience, initiative, and humour, and enjoy working independently in a small team.
