Job Description
The Socio-Professional Integration Unit (PINS) attached to the Directorate of Integration and Solidarity (DIRIS) of the General Directorate of Social Cohesion (DGCS), is tasked with developing and managing the cantonal socio-professional integration system for vulnerable populations through social integration measures (MIS), integration programmes and workshops with a productive purpose (AVP). To strengthen its expertise, PINS is seeking a Project Manager.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects related to one or more areas of social assistance beneficiaries' integration, particularly in the field of socio-professional integration.
- Manage contracting and monitor the proper allocation of financial resources of PINS service providers in connection with the assigned areas.
- Advise, inform and support social action partners, management of service providers, superiors, the Department Head and all concerned persons on the subject and assigned projects.
- Present the schemes to internal and external partners, as well as develop the necessary networks for the successful management of projects.
- Develop new projects in the field of vulnerable population integration.
- Ensure strategic monitoring concerning the assigned areas.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human sciences or equivalent qualification, required.
- Project management training preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of integration.
- Good knowledge of the Vaud cantonal administration as well as integration partners and their functioning.
- Proficiency in common IT tools.
- Ability to work independently.
- Sense of responsibility and public service ethics.
- High rigour and precision.
- Strong spirit of mutual aid and solidarity.
- Global vision and sense of perspective.
- Ease in communication both written and oral.
