Peko AG has been active as a personnel service provider for over 40 years. Our specialists are mostly permanently employed by us and work on long-term assignments with our clients in the machinery industry as well as in energy, nuclear, and railway technology.

For a long-term assignment at a Swiss nuclear power plant in the canton of Aargau, we are looking for experienced electrical specialists for demanding planning tasks. The facility will be comprehensively renewed in the coming years, from control technology to power supply. Depending on experience and focus, you will work in detailed planning, engineering, or in the management of subprojects.

Tasks:

• Detailed planning and engineering of plant modifications and renewal projects, focusing on high voltage (power distribution, switchgear, drives) or control technology (measurement, control, and regulation technology)
• Creating and updating technical documentation, from schematics and cable lists to as-built documentation
• Reviewing execution documents from external suppliers, e.g. signal flow and function diagrams
• Coordinating interfaces between departments, suppliers, and operations
• Supporting assembly, testing, and commissioning, especially during the annual revision
• Depending on profile: managing subprojects or supervising on-site work

Requirements:

Qualification as Technician HF, Engineer FH or ETH in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Systems Engineering or Automation, ideally with basic electrical training (EFZ). Equivalent qualifications from Germany (e.g. state-certified technician, Bachelor, Dipl.-Ing.) are welcome. Several years of experience in planning, engineering or commissioning of power plant, energy or industrial facilities Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English for technical documents Willingness to undergo an official security check (including criminal record extract) and to work in areas with radiation protection requirements Interest in a multi-year assignment
