How you contribute:

• You lead demanding infrastructure projects across ewl and are responsible as part of the Secondary Technology team for the planning and realisation of electrical systems as well as control and monitoring technology systems – from the initial idea to successful commissioning
• You are responsible for the electrical planning of our systems, coordinate the creation of plans, schematics and technical documentation, take on smaller planning tasks and adjustments to schematics if necessary, and ensure a structured handover to operations.
• You drive sustainable energy projects forward and thus make a direct contribution to the decarbonisation of the region.
• You prepare cost calculations, budgets and decision-making bases and support the project teams as an electrical engineering specialist.
• You conduct public tenders and prepare the necessary documents professionally and on time.
• You represent your field of expertise in internal and external project meetings and work closely with authorities, specialist planners, contractors and other stakeholders.
• You contribute ideas, help shape processes and continuously develop our ways of working.
• You support our apprentices with your knowledge and actively contribute to their professional development.

What you bring:

• You have completed basic electrical training as an electrician, electrical planner, automation technician or a comparable qualification.
• You have a recognised further education in electrical engineering, for example as an electrical project manager FA, certified electrician HFP, technician HF or engineer FH, or you bring an equivalent qualification due to your many years of successful professional experience.
• You know the relevant Swiss standards, regulations and safety requirements and apply them confidently.
• You have experience in the planning, design, tendering and realisation of electrical systems as well as control and monitoring technology systems.
• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even with several parallel projects.
• You convince with your clear communication, professional appearance and ability to successfully bring together different interests.
• You enjoy working in a team, take responsibility and keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
