Project Manager Energy Systems (m/f/d) 60 – 100%
What you will achieve
- Dimensioning, sales, and planning of innovative energy systems for buildings, especially larger heat pump or solar thermal systems
- Link between sales, technical department, business partners, and external installation partners
- Coordination and supervision of larger projects regarding execution on the construction site
- Monitoring compliance with cost, quality, and schedule requirements
- Technical site management and participation in construction meetings
- Support during commissioning
- Project documentation
What distinguishes you
- Completed engineering degree (FH or university) in energy technology, building technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent (with prior vocational training advantageous)
- Basic knowledge of photovoltaics and especially solar thermal technology
- Experience in construction or project management as well as solid knowledge of construction processes
- Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive working style
- Negotiation skills as well as organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Dynamic, committed, and engaging personality with assertiveness
- Good German skills and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of French and English
