Project Manager Energy Systems (m/f/d) 60 – 100%

What you will achieve

• Dimensioning, sales, and planning of innovative energy systems for buildings, especially larger heat pump or solar thermal systems
• Link between sales, technical department, business partners, and external installation partners
• Coordination and supervision of larger projects regarding execution on the construction site
• Monitoring compliance with cost, quality, and schedule requirements
• Technical site management and participation in construction meetings
• Support during commissioning
• Project documentation

What distinguishes you

• Completed engineering degree (FH or university) in energy technology, building technology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent (with prior vocational training advantageous)
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaics and especially solar thermal technology
• Experience in construction or project management as well as solid knowledge of construction processes
• Solution-oriented, independent, and proactive working style
• Negotiation skills as well as organizational, planning, and communication skills
• Dynamic, committed, and engaging personality with assertiveness
• Good German skills and MS Office
• Basic knowledge of French and English
