The heart of your role:

• Establish, coordinate and monitor Forecasts and Budgets in the Retail segment and all PHOENIX activities in Switzerland (local VSG then Bern).

• Business Partnering for central departments

• Analyse, understand and prepare profit and loss accounts as well as KPIs / Dashboards / automations in various business areas (for example: market share analysis, personnel statistics, etc.).

• Create dashboards, automate reports and BI solutions.

• Coordinate and monitor financial statements (monthly and annual closings) in the Retail segment (VSG then Bern) with a synthetic and analytical view.

• Lead and manage priority projects for the entity and Retail segment.

What makes your heart beat:

• Higher commercial education (college, university, etc.)

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position

• Entrepreneurial and team spirit, analytical thinking, sense of initiative, proactivity and responsibility.

• Dynamic, motivated, reliable and efficient person.

• Proficiency in common IT tools: MS Office suite especially Excel (advanced level), good understanding of ERP (SAP) and knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Power Pivot)

• Financial and accounting knowledge (Balance Sheet, P&L, IFRS)

• Experience and knowledge of Retail and working in a large group.

• Language skills in German (B2), English (B2) and French (B2)
