Your opportunities:
- In our stylish customer zone, you are the first point of contact for our customers.
- You lead and are responsible for the Cash Desk (cash transactions, safe deposit boxes, and more).
- You support and advise customers at the counter or from the office on comprehensive banking matters and our versatile service offerings.
- You actively manage a team customer portfolio.
- You take on various administrative tasks.
You bring with you:
- A completed banking apprenticeship with professional experience.
- Enjoyment in customer consulting.
- A professional and likeable demeanour.
- A committed and careful working style.
- Very good German skills (foreign language skills in English and French are an advantage).
- Any experience with the Finnova and Finfox systems (advantageous).
