Sales Employee Heating & Sanitary (m/f) 80 - 100%
Your tasks
- Competent telephone advice and support of our customers in the heating & sanitary sector
- Independent order processing – from customer inquiry through to quotation preparation and delivery
- Active sales of our products and services as well as competent technical advice
- Creating, processing and following up on individual customer offers
- Close cooperation with the field service to optimally support our customers
Your qualities
- Completed basic technical training, ideally as a heating or sanitary installer with a federal certificate of competence (Eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ), with solid professional experience
- Commercial flair and enjoyment of customer contact
- Confident handling of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented personality with high initiative
