For 8 locations in the Bern city area and region, we are looking for an experienced and passionate educational specialist by arrangement as

Vocational Training Manager Nursing Regional 80-100%

• Active promotion of nursing education at all levels
• Promoting the competence development of apprentices/students in collaboration with the trainers at the locations assigned to you
• Coordinating the training at the locations assigned to you
• Supporting and promoting the trainers in implementing the training regulations and the framework curriculum at the locations assigned to you
• Primary contact person for the locations, professional associations, vocational schools, and cantonal authorities
• Supporting the recruitment of apprentices/students
• Accompanying the trainer teams at the assigned locations

• Federal diploma recognized as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional pedagogical training of at least 600 learning hours/professional trainer certificate or similar (already completed or willingness to complete)
• Several years of experience with apprentices and students in the nursing field
• Experience in supporting trainers is an advantage
• Systematic and independent working style as well as good conceptual skills
• Willingness to travel between locations
