Our core competence is ERP implementation, whether as a complete solution or individual modules. Our customers come from various industries and have different company sizes. PROJECT MANAGER / CONSULTANT ABACUS PAYROLL / HR

YOUR TASKS
- Professional consulting of customers during ERP implementations, as well as optimisation and digitalisation of processes with a focus on Human Resources (e.g. MAG, certificates, applicant and competence management, ESS and MSS) and payroll accounting
- Preparation of offers, concepts, documentation and training materials
- Recording and specification of customer requirements and support of implementation (parameterisation and customising)
- Conducting workshops and user training
- Responsibility for project implementation regarding time, budget and quality WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Solid vocational training and several years of professional experience in payroll / HR
- Practical experience in holistic project management is an advantage
- An upbeat and alert personality who reacts flexibly and situationally to people (customers) and situations
- Networked thinking as well as structured, independent and precise working methods
- High service mentality and enthusiasm
- A flair for IT, digitalisation and the SME environment
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English are an advantage OFFERED BY US
