The General Secretariat of the Directorate of Institutions, Agriculture and Forests (SG-DIAF) is responsible for supporting the management and administration of the Directorate as well as assisting the State Councillor Director as a member of the government. It also carries out the line tasks assigned or delegated to it.

Your missions
- You ensure the application and compliance with data protection and information security rules within the Directorate and its services
- Reporting to the General Secretariat, you act as the contact person for information security and data protection within the Directorate and its services
- You advise and assist data controllers on measures to be taken in these two areas
- You participate in the competence network within the cantonal administration
- You act as the reference person for questions related to the use of IT tools within the General Secretariat
- You supervise risk management related to information security and data protection
- You conduct impact analyses related to data protection jointly with the administrative units of the Directorate
- You organise the execution of security audits in these areas
- You manage incidents related to these areas
- You participate in handling the general affairs of the General Secretariat (legal and political matters)
Desired profile
- University or University of Applied Sciences degree at master level, preferably in law
- Experience in information security or data protection and IT services would be an asset
- Mastery of IT processes
- Project management skills
- Ability to simplify, analyse and synthesise, aptitude for networking
- Fluency in French or German and very good knowledge of the other language
