About us
The Office for Urban Development develops the foundations for Zurich’s structural future, develops urban planning strategies and projects for spatial development, and coordinates planning for a liveable, urban city. Those who plan and build must know the value of land and buildings. Real estate economics provides the figures for this. The department independently and market-orientedly values land, buildings and real estate rights for the entire city administration.
