What to expect during the apprenticeship

• Service: You will learn professional service according to the applicable service guidelines and the learning objectives of your training
• Guest care: You will welcome, advise and look after our guests in a friendly and competent manner
• Communication: You will conduct conversations with guests and create a pleasant atmosphere with your open manner
• Responsibility: You will learn to take on the role of service staff competently and responsibly
• Practical experience: You will gain practical insights into the various areas of ZURZACH Care – dining room, Café Santé and room service
• Teamwork: You will work in motivated teams and be professionally supported during your training

Your profile

• Motivation: You enjoy contact with guests and have a strong service orientation
• Team spirit: You enjoy working in a team and approach people openly
• Personality: You are resilient, creative and an organisational talent with good manners
• Flexibility: You are willing to work irregular hours
• School qualification: You have completed compulsory schooling with good results
