Tasks
- Prepare seminar rooms for up to 500 guests and maintain facilities.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on technical systems and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness of outdoor areas and assist in other departments as needed.
Skills
- Experience in facility maintenance or related trades is beneficial.
- Strong service orientation and ability to work flexibly during events.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and well-groomed appearance with a positive demeanor.

About the job
A varied activity awaits you:Preparing our seminar rooms for up to 500 people
Maintenance work in our hotels on furniture, hotel room furnishings, kitchen, restaurant, etc.
Inspections and maintenance work on building services systems
Ensuring cleanliness and care in all outdoor areas
Preparing rubbish bins and containers for regular waste collection
Winter service such as snow clearing and salting
Support in other departments when necessary.
What should your experience bag look like?
Professional experience in facility maintenance or related craft professions is an advantage
High quality awareness, service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with guests
Flexible deployment at large events
Willingness to work weekends
Conscientious and reliable work and the ability to act in a team
Neat appearance, positive charisma and good manners
Driving licence B
