Key information about the position:

Reference: CLS/RH/2026.779 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 90% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

A new opportunity has arisen within our urological and visceral surgery unit, which cares for patients in a diverse care environment with 28 beds. To complete our team, we are currently seeking our future nurse colleague, ready to apply their skills and commitment to quality care.

What will you be expected to do?

• Provide holistic care to patients, maintaining their autonomy and dignity
• Work collaboratively to ensure optimal patient care
• Apply technical and specific nursing skills
• Strictly adhere to hygiene and asepsis rules
• Participate in patient therapeutic education
• Contribute to service projects
• Maintain electronic patient records and ensure traceability of all actions
• Collaborate with the prostate centre and their referring nurses

What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• HES nursing diploma or equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Previous professional experience in a hospital setting
• Versatility, organisational skills and adaptability
• Energy and team spirit
• Discretion and strict respect for confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal skills: patience, listening and neutrality

Your assets:

• Previous experience or strong interest in developing within a digestive and urological surgery service
