General Contractor Project Management M/F

YOUR TASKS

As a GC project manager, you are responsible for leading and managing logistics projects both in the sales and implementation phases. You lead the project team, coordinate interfaces, and schedule all important milestones. You are also the contact person for customers and suppliers and manage the overall project in close cooperation with all parties involved.

You identify risks and bottlenecks in good time and make decisions at the right time to achieve the agreed project goals (commercially, in terms of deadlines, and quality). In international projects, you resolve cultural and administrative challenges and ensure the involved parties are well aligned.

YOUR PROFILE

Solid education as a mechanical or electrical engineering graduate (FH/ETH) and several years of experience in managing international large-scale projects.

* Experience in project management in plant engineering as well as leading interdisciplinary project teams, preferably in the field of intralogistics.

* Communicative, personable, and experienced in conflict management, team building, and motivation

* High business acumen* Good English skills, spoken and written

* Willingness to travel (20–50%)
