Job Description

We are looking for a "GROWTH HACKER" (Junior position).

The selected candidate will help and work side by side with the marketing and design team to develop and sell new concepts and ideas related to the Blockchain world.

Your tasks will be (more or less):

• Analyse the conversion funnel and identify areas where new strategies can be implemented to increase the acquisition of new users.
• Discover and implement new channels and strategies to grow the user base.
• Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests with commercial purposes such as acquiring new trial users and converting trial users into paying customers (via website and landing pages).
• Provide data and useful insights to create landing pages and optimise the user experience (using analytics tools, heatmaps, and navigation recording).
• Plan paid online campaigns mainly using Facebook Ads and Google AdWords platforms.
• Use Google Analytics for performance measurement and data analysis.
• Optimise content on online communication channels (e.g., website) with an SEO perspective.
• Create and optimise email marketing campaigns aimed at prospects and trial users (persuasive copywriting).

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the following software: Autopilot, Mixpanel, Zapier, Pipedrive.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
• Experience in online marketing
• Lots of creativity and "out of the box" thinking

We offer a permanent contract and the possibility of future transfer to other offices (Locarno, Zurich, London).
