Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Ensure the technical operation of the installations independently

Monitor production from the control room using the WinCC programme

Be responsible for meeting production targets, quality standards, and hygiene requirements

Carry out various quality analyses

Supervise the work of production teams (3 to 5 people)

Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of procedures

Ensure compliance with and be responsible for safety regulations at all times

Contribute to various research & development projects

Participate in the maintenance of installations

Your profile:

Technical training (in mechanics, automation, electricity, etc.), ideally complemented by further training or in-depth knowledge

Solid experience in industrial production, food production, process management, or your field of activity

Good computer skills

Strong willingness to learn, ability to take on new tasks

Ability to react and make decisions

Team spirit and good communication

Rigour, strong organisational skills and sense of responsibility.

Willingness to work in shift patterns, 5x8 hours (continuous work including nights and weekends)

The Team Leader must be able to independently guarantee the entirety of our complex production process, as well as be responsible for the team personnel, in collaboration with the production manager and with the support of the technical team.
