For our location Oberrüti we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a

Team Leader Sales Support (m/f/d) 80-100%

• Operational and personnel management of the internal sales department (5-7 employees)
• Responsibility for the entire order processing including sales and purchasing processes
• Optimization of existing workflows and processes
• Preparation and implementation of sales-related marketing activities
• Interface function between sales, customers, and suppliers
• Maintaining contact with manufacturers, suppliers, and intensifying the partner network
• Participation in the implementation of overarching projects (introduction of new ERP system Abacus)

• Technical/commercial basic training
• High social and leadership competence
• Experience in a similar position
• Market and industry knowledge is an advantage
• Service-oriented and customer-friendly personality
• Independent, precise, and structured way of working
• Very good German and English skills
