Your tasks

As a Gym Manager, you bear overall responsibility for your club and are simultaneously a leader, host, and driving force behind your location’s performance.

• You lead, motivate, and develop your team and create a positive and performance-oriented club culture.

• You ensure that our members feel welcome in your club and have an excellent training experience.

• You ensure smooth club operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality.

• You plan staff deployment and ensure optimal shift coverage.

• You support the recruitment of new employees and are responsible for their onboarding and further development.

• You keep an eye on the key figures of your club and develop measures to continuously improve member satisfaction, sales, and club performance.

• You actively work on the floor, are present for your team and our members, and are responsible for promotional activities both internally and externally.

• You are responsible for planning and creating social media content.

• Depending on your qualifications, you support group fitness offerings and the further development of our course schedule.

What you bring with you

• You have completed training or studies in the sports and fitness sector.

• Your qualification is recognised by Qualitop Switzerland.

• You have already gained experience in the fitness, sports, or service sector.

• Ideally, you have some leadership experience or want to take the next step into a leadership position.

• You speak German very well (at least B2); English and other languages are a plus.

• You have a good understanding of numbers and enjoy working with key figures.

• You enjoy working with people and have a strong affinity for fitness, health, and sales.
