Your tasks

• Coordinate and process internal and external orders on time
• Process credit and debit notes
• Answer and manage customer enquiries
• Check and ensure smooth order processes
• Manage complaints and returns
• Maintain and manage data in SAP and create evaluations

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with professional experience in internal sales or similar
• MS Office, SAP and CRM knowledge advantageous
• Numerically inclined, service-oriented and committed team player personality
• Reliable, efficient, careful and structured working style as well as quick comprehension and analytical thinking
• German: confident C2 / English: good to very good knowledge B2-C1 / French and Italian: knowledge is a plus
