To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a

Area Sales Manager m/f/d (100%)

for Switzerland in direct sales as well as for further international markets with sales partner support.

This is what your exciting and varied area of responsibility looks like:

• Preparation of offers for new systems and retrofit projects
• Conducting demanding sales negotiations
• Support and assistance for customers and representatives
• Participation in trade fairs and symposia
• Preparation of sales figures and sales budgets
• Coordination with internal departments such as engineering, order processing and finance
• Travel activity of around 40%, focused on visits and advice to customers/representatives on site

Why you are the perfect fit for us:

• You have several years of experience in technical sales, e.g. of capital goods or in plant construction
• You have a pronounced hunting instinct in sales and have repeatedly proven that you successfully close even the most demanding sales opportunities.
• You have a higher education or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• You have a confident manner, are strong in communication and a team player
• You understand the needs of our customers without losing sight of profitability
• You enjoy working independently, have a high degree of self-organisation and contribute improvement ideas in day-to-day business
• Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and CRM systems as well as interest in digital tools and AI applications.
• English spoken and written as well as possibly other languages are natural for you
