What you will do with us

• General administrative tasks such as telephone service, appointment coordination, surgery or intervention planning, handling mail traffic, processing incoming and outgoing emails
• Preparing the consultation, creating billing for consultations
• Assistance in the consultation room: oscillographies and Doppler index, microcapillary examinations, assisting with minor procedures, applying compression and Coban bandages, various wound dressings as instructed by the doctor, managing sterile goods, performing blood draws

What you bring with you

• MPA EFZ or Health Specialist EFZ
• Precise and efficient working style, quick comprehension, high sense of responsibility and strong organisational skills
• Enjoyment in contact with people as well as an empathetic and service-oriented approach to patients and their relatives
• Enjoyment of challenging situations, flexibility and the ability to apply experience professionally
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of medical terminology and proficient skills in using Office; knowledge of SAP and KISIM is an advantage
