What you accomplish

Preparation of meals for the residents of the apartments and guests in the restaurant (cold and hot kitchen)
Coordination of tasks and processes in collaboration with the head chef
Support of the head chef in the proper storage of food and raw materials
Support of the team with all tasks in the kitchen
Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations
Also for banquets, special weeks, and events, you sharpen knives and lend a hand

What distinguishes you

Completed professional training as a Cook EFZ
Experience in a large kitchen in a hotel-like operation
Ideally knowledge of diet cuisine
Independent and responsible personality with a polished manner
Very good written and spoken German skills
