YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Coordination of recruitment activities, e.g. job postings, appointments, company presentations
- Preparation of monthly reports and analyses
- Support of the team in all HR processes
- Development and execution of efficient administrative tasks
- Participation in various HR projects
- Organisation of university and HR events
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as a personnel assistant
- Initial HR experience in a comparable position
- Fluent German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
- Good application knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors and HCM
- Discreet, structured and reliable working style
- High initiative and strong personal responsibility
