What you can look forward to:

• You take overall responsibility for your team, lead your employees appreciatively and clearly, and create a motivating working environment.
• You continuously develop your team, support new employees during their induction, and conduct regular team meetings as well as employee and annual reviews (dialogues).
• Together with your team, you ensure our high service, quality and hygiene standards and continuously develop them further.
• You put our patients and guests at the centre and ensure professional, solution-oriented and warm-hearted care even in challenging situations or in case of complaints.
• You actively shape the department, identify optimisation potential and support the area management in the further development and implementation of overarching goals.

We look forward to:

• Solid experience in upscale gastronomy, ideally with completed training in hospitality or gastronomy, as well as experience in a leadership role.
• Leadership personality with organisational talent: You motivate and develop your team, set clear priorities and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
• Host with passion: You live a strong service orientation, enjoy dealing with people and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and team skills: Interdisciplinary collaboration with different specialist areas is a matter of course for you. You communicate reliably, think in networks and promote constructive cooperation.
• Resilient, responsible and with a hands-on mentality: You work independently, solution- and business-oriented, like to pitch in and keep an overview even in hectic situations. Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays are natural for you.
