About the job
Are you looking for a new challenge in food production? In our production departments, we process natural raw materials such as cereals, legumes, seeds, and other ingredients into high-quality intermediate and finished products using a mix of state-of-the-art and traditional equipment – for example, cornflakes, specialty flours, or flips. These products are then further refined into wholesome foods by both internal and external partners.
To ensure this continues in the future, we are looking for you – a committed individual with a strong sense of quality and enthusiasm for working as the deputy team leader, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks – responsible & versatile
- Professional and personal leadership of the team as deputy
- You ensure that our products are manufactured on time and with consistently high quality
- You operate and monitor our production lines and ensure smooth processes
- During product changes, you independently organize the conversion of the equipment
- You carefully document all production steps in our ERP system
- Compliance with our quality standards is your responsibility
What you bring with you
- Enjoyment of food and working in a team
- A reliable, independent, and efficient working style
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Flexibility and sense of responsibility
- A completed vocational training as a food technologist, miller, or in a related field
- Professional experience in food production
- Good technical understanding
- Willingness to work shifts
