• Completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/AKP/DNII/DNI/PSYKP
• Professional competence, ability to reflect, and enjoyment of responsibility
• Resilience, flexibility, and open, clear communication
• Relationship- and conflict-capable personality with heart and humour

Your tasks:

• You ensure professional, individual care – according to our care guidelines.
• You carefully and data-protection-compliantly maintain the care documentation in CareCoach.
• You competently implement medical orders and accompany ward rounds.
• You are responsible for the correct handling of medication.
• You actively participate in handovers and support the team professionally.
• You accompany employees and learners in the care process and take on daily or shift responsibility.
• You keep an overview, plan prudently, solve challenges, and are the central contact person for residents, relatives, and the team.
